Yeah, they posted my probation about my recording the corrupt psychologist Frank Froman Jew.

They never bothered to get my story they just cared about getting their shame based 2 cents in.

As I stated, the QNI people have no business reporting crimes as one of their own got busted for DUI back in 2004 and if anyone talked about it, they would be fired.

This is what happens when you clear a dirty cop for employment with the Quincy Police Department.

It gets the municipality and the county in Federal Court as a direct result of its intentional malfeasant actions via Civil Rights Violations.

We also hope this municipality gets its ass sued clean off for its ongoing abuse of legal defendants.

FRANK R. FROMAN CLEARED DETECTIVE ADAM GIBSON FOR FITNESS TO BECOME A LAW  ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.  

AS A RESULT OF HIS FINDING GIBSON FIT, QUINCY ILLINOIS IS IN CIVIL RIGHTS COURT AS A DEFENDANT.

I TOLD YOU FROMAN WAS DIRTY.
